Salomé Wellness Collective

our approach

A regenerative practice of organizational development.

Salomé Wellness Collective helps mission-driven teams examine the conditions shaping how work feels and functions—then redesign those conditions so people can contribute with greater clarity, agency, and staying power.

Our practice

Regenerative Organizational Development is our way of helping organizations grow without exhausting the people who make the mission possible.

It connects inner capacity with outer structure: leadership behavior with decision rights, team trust with workflows, values with resource choices, and vision with the everyday practices that carry it. From there, we help leaders distinguish what needs care, what needs structure, and what needs to change.

Where is strain accumulating?

What is unclear?

Which decisions are waiting on one person?

Where are knowledge, relationships, or effort being lost between teams?

We use the framework to locate leverage, sequence decisions thoughtfully, and keep people from being treated as the solution to structural problems.

What changes

People regain capacity

Leaders stop serving as the default container for every decision.

And people have more room to do the work that only humans can do: build trust, serve communities, make wise decisions, create meaning, and lead with care.

Work gains structure

Staff gain clarity about where work lives, who owns what, and how to move priorities forward.

Meetings become more purposeful. Handoffs become cleaner. Institutional knowledge becomes easier to access.

Technology gains boundaries

Technology becomes supportive instead of overwhelming.

AI becomes a carefully governed capacity tool, not a threat or a trend.

How we work

Every engagement is scoped to the organization’s needs, but the work generally moves through five connected practices:

1

Map the strain.

We listen, review relevant materials, and identify where capacity, clarity, and coordination are breaking down.

2

Make the pattern visible.

We turn scattered experiences into a shared picture of strengths, risks, opportunities, and choices.

3

Align the people.

Through coaching, facilitation, and experiential learning, leaders practice the conversations and behaviors change requires.

4

Redesign the work.

We clarify roles, agreements, handoffs, decision rights, workflows, knowledge practices, and technology boundaries.

5

Build the next rhythm.

We leave teams with practical tools, owned priorities, 90-day actions, and a way to learn and adjust.

A more human future is a structural choice.
