Salomé Wellness Collective

Salomé Wellness Collective

a Regenerative Organizational Development practice founded and led by Ariel Salomé

We work with mission-driven organizations whose people are carrying responsibilities their systems, structures, and workflows were meant to hold. We help leaders restore human capacity, strengthen how work gets done, and move through change with greater clarity, accountability, and care.

The SWC Difference

We thrive on challenging limiting beliefs, reframing challenges into opportunities, and constructively disturbing the status quo.

Why this work

People can be deeply committed to a mission and still be worn down by the way work is organized.

Ariel’s practice sits at that intersection: where leadership, culture, equity, wellbeing, and operating systems meet. She creates space for honest conversations about capacity, conflict, role clarity, belonging, and accountability—then helps teams turn insight into decisions, agreements, workflows, and practices they can sustain.

Her perspective is also informed by lived experience of chronic illness and organ transplantation. As a kidney transplant recipient and founder of House of Salomé, a foundation supporting people living with chronic illness, Ariel brings a personal understanding of how much people carry—and a clear commitment to designing organizations that do not require people to sacrifice their health in order to do meaningful work.

Working together

Because SWC is intentionally founder-led, Ariel remains closely involved from scoping and diagnosis through facilitation, coaching, synthesis, and next-step design.

The work is organized in three movements: Clarify, Convene, and Build. An engagement can begin wherever the strain is most present.

Engagements may include:

Clarify

Leadership and team coaching, role clarity, decision rights, priorities, and capacity conversations.

  • Executive and leadership coaching

Convene

Systemic team development, facilitated retreats, offsites, alignment, and difficult conversations.

  • Systemic team coaching and team development
  • Facilitated retreats, offsites, and strategic alignment

Build

Organizational change, DEI-informed development, practical workflows, and human-first technology support.

  • DEI-informed organizational development
  • Change and transition support
  • Experiential learning and practical operating tools
  • Human-first AI and workflow support

If your leaders are carrying what the system should hold, let’s identify what is creating the strain and what a useful first step could be.
